You are agreeing with the following terms by submitting your site for review...
The applicant site may not win the Gold Award but may qualify for a lower
level award, i.e. Bronze. The applicant site may not qualify for any award at this time.
If the applicants site does not meet the program criteria & qualify for an award,
the applicant may resubmit an application to this award program in 30 days, providing
changes have been made to the applicants website in meeting with this award programs criteria.
If the applicant site recieves a lower level award, i.e. Bronze, the applicant
may resubmit an application to upgrade the award level after 60 days, i.e Silver,
providing changes have been made to the applicant site in meeting with this award
programs criteria.
All decisions made regarding Serena's Family Tree Awards
are final and will not be negotiated.
Awards given by Serena's Family Tree
may NOT be altered by any fashion. Thumbnails may be used if it's linked to the full award graphic.
Awarded Applicants MUST respond to this Award Program after being notified of their winning status.
They will have 7 days to reply. If the Applicant site has not responded within the 7 day time frame,
this Award Program will assume the award was refused and the Applicant Site will then be disqualified permanently.
Awarded Applicant sites MUST display the Award on their website & have a separate awards page for doing so.
The person submitting their web site must be at least 16 years old to submit his/her application..
